My name is Dominik Bauer. I am 21 years old and live in the Münchweiler Alsenz, on the southern edge of the Thunder Mountain district, about 20 km from Kaiserslautern. Since the winter semester 2009/10 I have been studying land use planning at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. For these studies, I have decided for two reasons: First, I was in school geography-credit course in which we touched on the themes of urban and regional planning and I was very interested. On the other hand I think it is good that the program "planning" is not only a range is considered, but that it results from many areas together is that interest me apart from the general planning, wie z.b. Soziologie, Ökonomie und Infrastruktur. Somit habe ich einen Studiengang gefunden, in dem sich mehrere meiner Interessensgebiete vereinen, mit dem Schwerpunkt, der mich am Meisten interessiert und ich glaube, dass dies eine gute Mischung darstellt.
