Erster Erfahrungsbericht: Erstellen meines Blogs

Anfangs dachte ich es wird kompliziert und ziemlich lange dauern einen Blog zu erstellen. Doch es war sehr leicht und ging recht schnell. Nach der Anmeldung auf der Seite wurde einem gut geholfen, in dem das Erstellen Schritt für Schritt erklärt wurde. Das erstellen des Blogs war somit kein Problem mehr!!

Ich heiße Sebastian B. und komme aus NW. Auf den Studiengang Raumplanung kam ich als erstes durch the Internet. Shortly after, a great article about this degree program in the Palatinate, which was very interesting and informative. So I've decided to study in Kaiserslautern planning!

GIS Exercise 4: Digitisation and face accounting

In the final GIS exercise, it was the task which uses a part of Kaiserslautern on an aerial photo digitized. This was "digitized polygon" with the help of function possible. After being digitized, the polygon was a query, which of the different uses:

* Other * Municipal

* Agriculture * Forest

* Sport and Recreation,

meets the polygon.


This could be done for the entire planning area, so that the whole air was digitized image.

The last step was in keeping the surfaces of the individual uses for the layer "use record" calculate . But you have mentioned in the layer attribute table to open and use the field calculator. It had to make sure that is specified as the output field name "space", and an output field type "real". Then confirm as an operator "surface" and ok. Then we had to open the field calculator for a second time mit den selben Funktionen nur diesmal bei Felder "Fläche" benutzen. Dann wieder mit ok bestätigen und in der Attributtabelle waren die Flächengrößen der einzelnen Nutzungen zu finden. Jedoch fehlt auch hier der Verkehr, da dieser nicht mit aufgelöst wurde.

GIS Exercise 3: Exercise for the Lecture Statistics - Statistical analysis of land prices

Bei dieser Übung ging es darum die Bodenpreise einer selbst gewählten Gemeinde in Rheinland-Pfalz zuerst in Google Earth darzustellen und anschließend eine statistische Auswertung durchzuführen.

1.) Darstellung mit Google Earth

Die Aufgabe war es die verschiedenen Bereich mit Polygonen in Google Earth abzugrenzen und ihrem Bodenpreis nach einzufärben und groß zu machen (1€/m² = 1m). Die Datengrundlage kam vom Bodenrichtwertinformationssystem (BORIS) Rheinland-Pfalz. Die dort erzeugten Karten habe ich als Screenshot gespeichert und als Bild-Overlay in Google Earth eingefügt.


Anhand dieser Vorlage war es mir möglich die einzelnen Gebiete mit Polygonen nachzufahren und sie anschließend einzufärben und die richtige Größe zu geben. Außerdem habe ich sie nur zu 50% deckend gemacht, sodass es möglich ist zu erkennen, wo die jeweiligen Bodenpreise sind.

It can now make statistical analysis easy:

Analysis:

Land prices in the study area with 1260 have a very large range. This is due to the difference of the maximum with the minimum, in this case 1400 € / m² - 140 € / m². The average value is formed in the dividing the sum of all values of n. He is in the area studied € 350.46875 / m². The median is the value at which 50% of values higher and 50% of the values are lower than him. Since n = 32 is there is the mode from the average of the two middle values (210 € / m² and 215 € / m²). The mode is the value that occurs most often. In this particular example, there are the floor Price 170 € / m² and 190 € / m², which occur 3 times each.
